Established as an experimental company from the Construction Technology Innovation Lab at Chung-Ang University in 2022, ConTILab has been developing the industrial site safety accident prevention solution ‘iSafe’ platform to achieve ‘zero workplace accidents.’ The core of their technology is an artificial intelligence (AI) model that automatically identifies and assesses visible risk factors in industrial sites. Their construction site risk detection solution, known as ‘iSafe-Guard,’ stands out with its specialized functionality in detecting potential risks that may occur during specific tasks, unlike conventional intelligent CCTV. Based on user requirements, the AI detector embedded in this solution can operate on various systems, such as cloud, server, edge, and mobile. It can also be linked to multiple video acquisition devices, including fixed and mobile CCTV, robots, and drones. Furthermore, beyond simple risk detection and notification methods, it offers information on safety levels for each task, showcasing excellent versatility as an industrial safety solution. Additionally, iSafe-Meta creates a metaverse environment using 3D-Mesh generated from actual footage and images captured on-site.
